What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies, operational challenges, and digital transformation opportunities.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Design and implement workflow automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve quality and operational efficiency.
• Lead AI and emerging technology initiatives that improve productivity and business decision-making.
• Analyze current-state processes and design scalable, compliant future-state processes.
• Create interactive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting tools using Power BI and other business intelligence solutions.

Requirements

• Entry-level or graduate experience level.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and define business needs.
• Knowledge of process analysis, process mapping, continuous improvement, and process standardization.
• Ability to work with AI, automation, business intelligence, performance metrics, and operational reporting.
• Hybrid work arrangement in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States.
