Technical Project/Program Management

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; travel required for approximately 10% of the time. Relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $96,000.00–$132,000.00 per year.

What you will do

• Prepare project plans and coordinate deliverables from planning through implementation.
• Track project tasks and deliverables using reports, charts, and checklists.
• Align internal resources to achieve on-time and within-budget project performance.
• Monitor and report project cost performance.
• Participate in internal design teams and contribute to technical development supporting project goals.
• Research project obstacles and help implement solutions.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in project or program management, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Knowledge of relevant best practices and how the function integrates with other business areas.
• Ability to solve complex problems by analyzing information from multiple sources.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Ability to support colleagues with less experience and lead small projects with manageable risks and resources.
