AVP, Supply Chain Program Management (Semiconductor)

Expected base pay: $232,650–$348,500 per annum, plus eligibility for bonus and equity plans.

What you will do

• Build and lead the Supply Chain Program Management organization for hyperscaler customers and program portfolios.
• Own supply chain plans of record covering schedules, cost, capacity, customer experience, and delivery from program approval through end of life.
• Lead pre-tape-out planning and post-tape-out execution across wafer, HBM, substrate, OSAT, test capacity, sourcing, production readiness, and ramp.
• Act as the senior supply chain escalation point for customers and build executive relationships with foundry, OSAT, substrate, and memory partners.
• Establish governance, milestone integrity, risk escalation, executive reviews, and clean hand-offs across program, NPI, engineering, operations, and planning teams.
• Standardize planning tools and dashboards and drive adoption of Kinaxis, Lima, Snowflake, Power BI, AI, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field; a master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in semiconductor supply chain, program management, or operations, including 7+ years leading managers or senior individual contributors.
• Experience owning complex, multi-party programs from design win through high-volume manufacturing.
• Hands-on knowledge of advanced packaging, foundry, OSAT, and substrate supply chains.
• Executive presence with hyperscaler or large strategic customers, supported by strong analytical judgment and clear communication.

Nice to have

• Custom ASIC or XPU program experience, including first-of-a-kind builds.
• Experience with Kinaxis, Oracle ERP, Power BI, or comparable planning tools.
• Experience building or restructuring a program management function.
• Experience leading global teams across time zones, including Asia.
