Senior Solutions Consultant – Pre-Sales (Fintech): Translating capital-markets client requirements into demonstrations, proofs of concept, proposals, and implementation scope with an accent on buy-side and sell-side workflows, integrated product capabilities, and solution design. Focus on leading consultative discovery, configuring proof-of-concept environments, validating complex requirements, and coordinating cross-functional handoffs to implementation teams.
Location: Hybrid in Sao Paulo, Rua Cubatao, Brazil
Salary: $75,000–$80,000 USD per year; bonus and commission eligible.

What you will do
- Lead consultative discovery with prospective clients and assess product fit against business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations, product reviews, and client desk-side sessions.
- Define, configure, coordinate, and deliver proofs of concept, including prototyping and benchmarking where appropriate.
- Prepare discovery documents, presentations, capability assessments, product specifications, RFP/RFI responses, and solution proposals.
- Identify product gaps, coordinate Business Analysts, Product Owners, Technical Sales, Infrastructure, trainers, and other specialists, and support solution-scope validation.
- Maintain demonstration environments, build client relationships, contribute market insight, and support implementation readiness through validation of the Project Implementation Plan.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, technical sales, or a related role supporting financial technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of buy-side and sell-side applications, multiple asset classes, and capital-markets workflows, including low-touch, high-touch, program trading, and middle-office processes.
- Experience conducting discovery sessions, delivering tailored demonstrations, and managing proofs of concept for complex solutions.
- Ability to translate client requirements into documentation, presentations, solution specifications, and implementation scope.
- Strong presentation, communication, relationship-building, negotiation, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
