Global Cybersecurity Senior Specialist - Program Operations (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain project governance, reporting, performance dashboards, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and success metrics.
• Coordinate priorities, resources, and delivery plans across Information Security & Risk Management, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate strategic cybersecurity objectives into actionable plans across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Monitor program health by identifying risks, dependencies, blockers, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead virtual cross-functional project teams delivering cybersecurity initiatives in a global environment.
• Strengthen operational processes, KPIs, governance, and reporting to improve delivery consistency.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience leading cybersecurity, technology, or risk management projects and programs in a complex global enterprise.
• Strong project management experience covering planning, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, risk management, and resource coordination.
• Experience managing program office operations, governance processes, organizational reporting, resource planning, project tools, dashboards, and documentation.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global, cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles, security controls, technology delivery practices, analytical communication, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, CISSP, CISM, or Security+ certification.
