What you will do

• Support onboarding for new client accounts through accurate data entry and documentation.
• Assist with daily banking operations, internal system updates, project tracking, and record maintenance.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Participate in meetings focused on business goals and process improvements.
• Perform quality checks and follow internal compliance procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Experience in a financial institution is beneficial.
• Employment eligibility verification is required through the U.S. E-Verify program.
• The role is based at the San Diego headquarters.
