Program Manager - US

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs and projects, including customer deployments, migrations, product end-of-life initiatives, and revenue-growth initiatives.
• Define scope, success metrics, deliverables, timelines, governance frameworks, and operating rhythms.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, delivery performance, reporting, escalation, and mitigation plans.
• Establish communication models, facilitate stakeholder and product initiative meetings, and maintain accountability across teams.
• Lead retrospectives and continuous-improvement activities across processes, tools, and reporting practices.
• Drive change-management activities to support adoption of new processes, technologies, and product capabilities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years or more of hands-on program or project management experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering outcomes across functions in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs and communicating with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, planning, documentation, data interpretation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office 365.
