What you will do

• Define the foundation of the core platform layer to ensure reliable application development.
• Prioritize and sequence platform work based on customer commitments and team velocity.
• Identify and graduate field-built patterns into core platform capabilities.
• Maintain a high quality bar for all platform capabilities to ensure customer trust.
• Unlock delivery team productivity by providing secure, deployable, and observable infrastructure.
• Partner with platform engineering and business leads to resolve sequencing tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
• Demonstrated record of defining and shipping platform capabilities at production scale.
• Strong sequencing judgment and ability to prioritize with incomplete information.
• Technical fluency to discuss architectural tradeoffs in infra, auth, and observability.
• Extreme ownership and ability to drive outcomes across teams without formal authority.
• Clear, precise communication skills tailored to diverse technical and executive audiences.
