Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Define the core platform foundation required for reliable production capabilities across multiple capability pillars.
• Sequence platform work against customer commitments, forward-deployed team velocity, and current delivery blockers.
• Identify recurring patterns in field-built applications and decide which capabilities should graduate into the core platform.
• Maintain a production quality bar for secure, deployable, observable platform capabilities and prevent incomplete functionality from accumulating.
• Enable delivery teams through agentic primitives, evaluation infrastructure, expert judgment capture, and data reasoning capabilities.
• Partner with platform engineering, forward-deployed product managers, and business-unit leads to resolve prioritization tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including meaningful ownership of platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
• Demonstrated experience defining and shipping platform capabilities for production use.
• Strong sequencing and prioritization judgment across customer commitments and team velocity needs.
• Technical fluency in infrastructure, authentication, observability, deployment, and agent runtime architectural tradeoffs.
• Extreme ownership, follow-through, cross-functional influence, and precise communication.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML platform infrastructure, agent frameworks, evaluation pipelines, fine-tuning workflows, or production AI observability.
• Experience deploying systems in government, regulated, air-gapped, or classified environments.
• Prior platform or infrastructure product management experience where field-built patterns informed the core product.

• Base salary range of $240,000–$300,000 USD, with eligible roles also including equity and benefits.
