Security-Compliance Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote - USA

Base salary: $140,000–$175,000 USD per year, excluding commission, bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Represent the security-compliance practice with customers through calls, webinars, conferences, and deal discussions.
• Map compliance frameworks to hirify.global capabilities control by control, clearly identifying supported, partially supported, and customer-owned requirements.
• Build reusable compliance playbooks and assets from deal-based learnings.
• Educate sales engineers and account executives to manage routine compliance conversations.
• Complete vendor security questionnaires and customer assessments while assembling accurate supporting evidence.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, including securing or positioning AI-driven solutions.
• Working knowledge of major compliance frameworks, including NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, DORA, GDPR, or regional equivalents.
• Strong understanding of security architecture, data security, data protection in transit and at rest, and compliance controls.
• Ability to translate between technology, compliance, business, and sales perspectives.
• Experience working with sales or other customer-facing teams and delivering accurate answers quickly.
• Ability to learn hirify.global products and explain their capabilities without overclaiming.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI technologies and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Security or compliance certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, ISO 27001 LA, CCP, or CCA.
• Experience in federal, SLED, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Eligibility for a US security clearance.
• Experience presenting at industry events or creating enablement content.
