TL;DR
Technical Field Engineer (IT Infrastructure): Bringing IT infrastructure online at new factories and deploying hardware for manufacturing lines with an accent on network infrastructure, endpoint deployment, vendor coordination, and production readiness. Focus on racking and cabling equipment, coordinating low-voltage installations, aligning IT deployment with machinery buildouts, and supporting CMMC and CUI requirements.
Location: Mesa, Arizona; on-site. Extensive travel to new and existing factories is required. U.S. ITAR eligibility is required: U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or person eligible to obtain the required authorization.

What you will do
- Plan and scope IT deployments for new factories and manufacturing-line expansions.
- Build deployment documentation, including runbooks, network diagrams, rack elevations, asset records, and as-built records.
- Rack, cable, configure, and deploy switches, wireless access points, firewalls, endpoints, peripherals, and shop-floor devices.
- Deploy and support physical security systems, conference room technology, and office IoT devices.
- Coordinate electrical, low-voltage, structured cabling, and other on-site vendors while tracking scope, timelines, materials, and risks.
- Bring sites online, validate connectivity and wireless coverage, support go-live, and hand off completed deployments to IT.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure deployment, including racking, cabling, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
- Experience coordinating electrical, low-voltage, or structured cabling vendors on-site.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, VLANs, Wi-Fi, firewall fundamentals, endpoint management, and identity and access management.
- Experience with Intune, Mosyle, or FleetDM and familiarity with Okta.
- Strong documentation, ownership, independence, and cross-functional collaboration skills in construction, facilities, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
- Must satisfy U.S. ITAR eligibility requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience designing greenfield sites or data centers from scratch.
- Experience with manufacturing or production-line IT, OT, shop-floor devices, and machinery installations.
- Experience with physical access control, video surveillance, building sensors, CMMC, ITAR, or CUI handling.
- Experience reading construction drawings and working with architects, designers, and general contractors.
