What you will do

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, and network security infrastructure.
• Configure and support Cisco switching, routing, wireless, SD-WAN, redundant Internet connectivity, and high-availability network designs.
• Manage VLANs, routing, spanning tree, link aggregation, access controls, segmentation, VPNs, and Layer 2/Layer 3 technologies.
• Support 802.1X, RADIUS, certificate-based authentication, firewall policies, and network security controls.
• Monitor network availability, performance, capacity, and reliability; investigate complex connectivity issues with diagnostic and packet-analysis tools.
• Own networking workstreams, maintain documentation, participate in upgrades and incident response, and mentor Corporate IT colleagues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Strong practical experience with Cisco switching and routing, plus TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, STP/RSTP, LACP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and VPNs.
• Experience troubleshooting complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 issues, supporting enterprise wireless, network segmentation, access controls, redundant WAN, and high-availability environments.
• Ability to independently own technical deliverables, document work clearly, and collaborate with IT, Security, Infrastructure, vendors, and technical partners.
• Must work on-site in Las Vegas, Nevada, and have authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking knowledge.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki, Cisco Secure Firewall/Firepower, 802.1X, RADIUS, PKI, multi-site networks, network monitoring, centralized logging, or SIEM integration.
• Experience in rapidly growing technology organizations.
