Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer

What you will do

• Engineer, administer, troubleshoot, and improve Azure Government/GCC High infrastructure and services.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Support Windows/Linux systems and corporate networking, including firewalls, switches, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and related services.
• Develop PowerShell automation for provisioning, administration, reporting, and configuration validation.
• Maintain system documentation covering architectures, inventories, configurations, data flows, build procedures, changes, and operating procedures.
• Implement security controls, hardening, patching, vulnerability remediation, logging, and monitoring while supporting technical evidence for regulated frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT, systems administration, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience administering Windows systems, Entra ID, and Intune-managed endpoints.
• Working knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, enterprise networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, and firewalls.
• Experience with patching, hardening, vulnerability remediation, configuration management, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Ability to meet applicable U.S. Government and customer security requirements.
• Ability to learn new technologies independently and progress toward technical ownership.

Nice to have

• Azure Government/GCC High and PowerShell cloud administration experience.
• Familiarity with CMMC, NIST, RMF, STIGs, ISO, DCSA, or similar regulated-environment requirements.
• Microsoft Azure/M365, Security+, or comparable technical certifications.
• Experience supporting DoD, federal, or other regulated environments.
• Active U.S. Government security clearance and interest in developing toward a Deputy ISSM or system security support role.
