Senior CX Platform Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote; role eligibility and listed salary range are for residents of the United States only.

Base salary: $139,200–$235,200 USD per year.

What you will do

• Build and operate AI agents and multi-step workflows for account research, success planning, status reporting, customer onboarding, and other CX use cases.
• Develop the agent harness, including conventions, skills, commands, hooks, subagents, continuous integration checks, reusable patterns, and documentation.
• Build MCP servers and connectors for hirify.global, Salesforce, Gainsight, Kantata, Thought Industries, Gong, Snowflake, and other enterprise systems.
• Evolve the CX Application Platform gateway, AWS infrastructure, Terraform configuration, application scaffold, deployment path, and application portfolio.
• Ship production-quality Python and TypeScript with testing, observability, security reviews, runbooks, and shared ownership.
• Partner with CX stakeholders, contribute upstream to hirify.global, provide product feedback, and mentor engineers and non-engineers on agentic development.

Requirements

• Experience building and operating production software and owning multi-quarter work from ambiguity through production.
• Daily hands-on experience using coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or hirify.global Duo for production development.
• Experience with LLM tool use, MCP servers, agent loops, retrieval and context design, prompts, workflows, and evaluations.
• Strong Python skills with FastAPI or Flask and TypeScript skills with Vue or React, including API design, authentication, authorization, and secure data handling.
• Hands-on experience with AWS ECS, RDS, Lambda, Terraform, Docker, SSO, REST, GraphQL, Git, merge requests, and CI/CD.
