Solution Delivery Manager (Life Sciences/MedTech)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States

Salary: $95,500–$143,000 base salary per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment and transition to support.
• Oversee contractual deliverables, timelines, governance, and coordination across platform implementations and clinical trial delivery engagements.
• Build trusted relationships with life science and med tech customers, executive sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Translate customer and clinical requirements into implementation plans and coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Align Engineering, Product Management, Data Science, Security, and Customer Success teams without formal authority.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while communicating status and value delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing customer delivery, software implementations, professional services, or complex technology programs; 3+ years accepted with a master’s degree.
• Experience in life sciences, med tech, or healthcare and a record of delivering customer-facing projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, software development lifecycles, and technical implementation practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, consultative, collaborative, and adaptable skills.
• Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with life science and med tech platforms, data and research platforms, or clinical trial systems.
• Expertise in clinical trial operations from protocol design through reporting.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and GCP compliance frameworks.
• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to take initiative and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.
