Senior Clinical Project Manager (Biotech)

Salary: $68,400.00–$232,800.00 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Lead global and multi-regional clinical studies from start-up through closeout.
• Serve as the primary sponsor contact and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop integrated study management plans with cross-functional teams.
• Manage timelines, quality, budgets, risks, issues, and scope changes.
• Provide strategic leadership, monitor milestones and metrics, and communicate study status.
• Support proposals and bid defense presentations while mentoring project team members and promoting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• At least 7 years of clinical research experience, including 4 years in clinical project management.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and global drug development.
• Experience managing small to medium full-service, multi-country, or multi-regional clinical studies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong financial management, communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
