What you will do

• Lead clinical delivery of large, global trials from startup through closeout.
• Develop patient recruitment and retention strategies to achieve enrollment goals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate clinical and operational risks.
• Oversee clinical quality, ICH-GCP compliance, regulatory requirements, and protocol execution.
• Partner with project leadership on timelines, budgets, resource planning, proposals, and bid defenses.
• Build, mentor, and guide cross-functional clinical teams across multiple regions and cultures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field.
• Senior CTM: 7+ years of clinical research experience, including monitoring and clinical trial leadership.
• CTM II: 5+ years of clinical research experience, including monitoring and clinical trial leadership.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, ICH-GCP guidelines, and global regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading complex, multi-country studies and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of project management, clinical trial financial oversight, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
