Senior Manager, Client Data and Application Integrations (Healthcare)

Location: Remote

Salary: $140,000–$185,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Define integration strategies and manage the execution of complex system and application integration initiatives.
• Lead and mentor integration specialists, engineers, analysts, and other leaders.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, scope projects, and prioritize initiatives.
• Build and maintain the integration roadmap, including milestones, timelines, staffing, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Select and implement integration tools, platforms, and technologies while monitoring project performance and reporting progress to senior management.
• Drive change management, continuous improvement, KPI development, employee development, retention, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of software integration experience, including delivery of complex integration initiatives.
• 3+ years of leadership responsibility with strong team management and mentoring experience.
• Deep knowledge of integration technologies, protocols, and standards, including APIs, ETL, messaging queues, and middleware.
• Strong understanding of healthcare, particularly Medicaid and Medicare Advantage environments, plus experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Asana.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, change readiness, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
