Lead Client Partner, Large Customer Sales (Restaurants & Drinks)

Location: In-person in Chicago, New York City, San Francisco, or Los Angeles

Base salary: $142,400–$199,100 USD per year, plus equity and commission eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage and deepen relationships with major advertising clients and agencies to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Build upfront and joint business plans, identify new buyers, and develop long-term account growth strategies.
• Educate clients on Reddit and its advertising platform while providing strategic, proactive, and consultative advice.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, platform update communications, and discussions of new advertising opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Ad Operations, Client Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve client and business goals.
• Share client feedback and campaign metrics to influence the ads product roadmap, represent Reddit at industry events, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in digital media, including at least 7+ years in sales.
• Experience with complex enterprise technology partnerships and relationships up to C-level executives.
• Deep expertise in social media, native advertising, relevant verticals, product types, or measurement solutions.
• Established relationships with agencies and direct clients, plus a record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies and leading special projects.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience; restaurants and drinks client experience is preferred.
