TL;DR
Associate Director, Real World Value and Evidence – Oncology Solid Tumor (Oncology/Health Economics): Generating and disseminating real-world evidence for oncology pipeline and marketed products with an accent on economic modeling, advanced statistics, payer insights, and scientific communication. Focus on designing and executing evidence studies, developing value propositions, and translating data-driven insights into compliant materials for US payers, providers, and patients.

Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid work. The role requires approximately 10% mostly domestic travel.

Base pay: $137,000–$235,750 per year.

What you will do

  • Generate and disseminate real-world evidence for oncology pipeline and marketed products or indications.
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to develop scientific strategies, research projects, economic models, and data-driven insights.
  • Ensure the quality of real-world evidence studies, models, tools, publications, and scientific communications.
  • Represent Real World Value & Evidence on cross-functional teams spanning market access, medical affairs, epidemiology, commercial strategy, and related functions.
  • Integrate US payer needs into value propositions and external communication materials.
  • Support market access activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and commercial requirements.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in health economics, statistics, health policy, pharmacy, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in health economics, market access, or a related function.
  • Experience with large datasets, survey techniques, mixed models, comparative analyses, advanced statistics, and experimental design.
  • Prior publications and strong written communication skills; experience in oncology or solid tumors is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Fluent spoken and written English required; the position is based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Doctorate, PharmD, or PhD.
  • Knowledge of the US healthcare landscape from HCP and payer perspectives.
  • Experience working in a matrix team environment and with solid tumor evidence.
