Observational Research Manager - Inflammation / Rare Disease

What you will do

• Implement and manage descriptive epidemiologic studies measuring disease incidence and prevalence across the US, EU, Asia, and emerging markets.
• Lead research projects using medical claims, electronic health records, registries, and prospective observational cohort data.
• Provide safety research support throughout the hirify.global product life cycle and contribute to risk management plans and pharmacovigilance studies.
• Conduct literature reviews and prepare research reports, scientific manuscripts, congress abstracts, and internal reports.
• Promote the use of observational research methods and communicate scientific findings to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree; or a master’s degree with 3 years of scientific experience; or a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of scientific experience; or equivalent experience through an associate’s degree or high school diploma/GED.
• Experience designing, executing, and analyzing observational research studies in pharmaceutical or public health settings.
• Experience supporting drug development and working with secondary data systems, including administrative claims, EMR, and registries.
• Experience planning and managing observational research projects.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Doctorate in epidemiology or another subject with substantial observational research content.
• Experience in rare disease research and/or inflammation therapeutic areas.
