What you will do

• Lead implementation, configuration, and integration of hirify.global’s solutions within client environments.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand technical requirements and develop customized dataset and policy solutions.
• Analyze log files, debug, and troubleshoot complex technical issues, coordinating with support and engineering teams.
• Deliver technical training to end users to maximize product utilization and ROI.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and best practices to clients.
• Maintain communication through progress updates, status meetings, and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Professional Services or Solutions Engineering with endpoint security and DLP products.
• Proven ability to deliver complex technical solutions and manage projects with strict timelines.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS security technologies, software debugging, APIs, and data integration.
• Knowledge of system architecture, network protocols, Google Cloud Platform, MacOS and Windows ecosystems.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and cross-functional collaboration.
• Candidate must be located in Central or Eastern US timezones.
