Professional Services Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: US Remote; candidate location preference is Central or Eastern timezones.

Base salary: $120,000–$135,000 per year, plus potential equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Lead implementation, configuration, integration, and deployment of hirify.global’s solution in client environments.
• Analyze client requirements and create customized datasets and data loss prevention policies.
• Investigate log files, debug software, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and coordinate resolutions with Support, Engineering, and Operations.
• Manage client communication, project timelines, status updates, escalations, and post-implementation reviews.
• Deliver technical training and provide strategic guidance to help clients maximize product value.
• Monitor industry and product developments and apply relevant technical knowledge to client solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Delivery Management, or Professional Services, with endpoint security experience in cybersecurity and DLP.
• Experience delivering complex technical solutions and working with endpoint security or DLP products such as Forcepoint, Symantec, McAfee DLP, Digital Guardian, Trend Micro, Check Point, Next DLP, or Proofpoint.
• Knowledge of data classification, DLP policy design, SaaS security, endpoint agents, system architecture, network protocols, APIs, web technologies, and data integration.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting macOS and Windows environments, including MDM, app management, SCCM, GPO, Intune, registry configuration, and PowerShell scripts.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, software debugging, and system software design involving services, drivers, and agents.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, equivalent advanced certifications, or 3+ years of relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience creating and using AI agents and tools such as Claude Code, Glean, or Monday.
