About the Role

You will own identity and endpoint systems, automate support workflows, manage SaaS platforms and procurement, evaluate AI tooling, collaborate on cross-functional systems work, and work from the office three days each week.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting a large macOS fleet
• Experience with Apple mobile-device management such as Iru, Intune, or Workspace One
• Experience with configuration as code such as Terraform
• Bash or Python scripting experience
• Experience with Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools
• Experience managing central business and development systems
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Experience with Slack
• Experience with Linear, Jira, or other ticketing platforms

Responsibilities

• Improve Okta configuration, lifecycle policies, access reviews, MFA enforcement, and workflow automation
• Manage endpoint configuration using policy as code and version control
• Build and maintain support automation
• Evaluate, deploy, and support productivity AI tooling
• Manage SaaS procurement and renewals
• Support Google Workspace, Linear, Slack, and Okta
• Partner with Engineering, Security, and GTM teams
• Work from the office three days per week
