Plant Controller (Manufacturing)

Location: Clinton, Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: $103,600–$176,400 per year, plus potential discretionary annual bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the financial performance of the manufacturing facility and advise plant leadership on financial and operational results.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including balance sheet analysis and account reconciliation.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, financial plans, cost center expenses, KPIs, and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Oversee accounting operations, internal controls, tax reporting support, intercompany transactions, and outsourced accounting activities.
• Manage inventory controls, product standard costing, material cost analysis, productivity reporting, and plant cost savings initiatives.
• Support new product introductions, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and cost reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in finance or accounting.
• Controllership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with a global ERP system such as Oracle, JD Edwards, or SAP.
• Highly proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data extraction.
• Experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
