Controller (Manufacturing)

Location: Oak Brook, Illinois, United States; supporting a Chicago manufacturing client across five plants.

What you will do

• Serve as Controller for five manufacturing plants.
• Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts, budgets, and weekly outlooks.
• Perform month-end variance analysis and provide actionable reporting for the business.
• Partner with plant teams on accounts payable exceptions.
• Work across accounting, finance, and business functions to support multiple operational objectives.

Requirements

• Significant manufacturing experience, ideally at both plant and corporate levels.
• Experience with variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and controllership.
• Understanding of manufacturing costing.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Strong Excel capabilities.
