Manager, Strategic Finance

Location: New York, NY; the role requires access to export-controlled information subject to U.S. Government regulations.

Base salary: $127,000–$168,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own key portions of the three-statement model and cash forecast.
• Drive planning and forecasting ahead of public earnings cycles, pressure-test assumptions, and explain changes.
• Define and track KPIs covering contract economics, margins, and capital efficiency.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual materials for executives and the Board.
• Support earnings preparation, guidance, investor dialogue, financing, and rating agency analysis.
• Partner with Accounting, Business Finance, Treasury, and operating teams to maintain consistency from contracts through reported results.

Requirements

• 4+ years of finance experience, ideally in central or corporate FP&A at a large technology company or fast-paced startup.
• Strong ability to build and defend three-statement models, cash forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Sound judgment when turning complex inputs into clear recommendations.
• Clear writing and presentation skills for executives and Board audiences.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and building structure for critical processes.
• Working knowledge of revenue recognition, leases, and capex accounting.
