Branch Manager (Financial Services)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; resident workstyle with less than 25% travel

What you will do

• Oversee daily operations of a hirify.global & Associates retail branch.
• Attract, select, train, supervise, and retain Financial Advisors and support staff.
• Manage compliance oversight, regulatory adherence, trading activities, client account reviews, and complaint resolution.
• Develop plans to achieve office sales goals and manage revenue and expense budgets.
• Support client seminars, promotional activities, community affairs, and communication of new investment products.
• Service clients through an individual book of business when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in a financial services firm or an equivalent combination of education and experience; 6–10 years of general experience and 3–6 years of management experience preferred.
• Required securities licenses include SIE, Series 7, Series 9 and 10 or Series 8, plus Series 63 and 65 or Series 66 as required by the state.
• Life, Health, and Variable Annuity Insurance Licenses are required.
• NFA Commodities License is required if commodities trading is conducted at the branch.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, banking, accounting, compliance, customer service, presentations, and financial data analysis.
