Pipeline Branch Manager (Banking)

Salary: $62,200–$103,600 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage branch operations, profitability, sales, customer service, digital engagement, and transactions.
• Lead, coach, develop, and performance-manage branch staff, including hiring and staffing decisions.
• Drive business development through outreach, community networking, and growth of Retail and Business Banking relationships.
• Identify customer needs and provide short- and long-term banking solutions, including bundled products and services.
• Independently process Business Banking loan requests up to $250,000 and resolve complex account servicing issues.
• Maintain operational controls, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, audit requirements, and customer asset protection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least three years of sales experience and two years of managerial experience or demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong knowledge of Business Banking products, services, profitability, and client relationship management.
• Ability to coach teams, deliver exceptional customer service, build community partnerships, and communicate across the organization.
• Ability to use common PC software, including Microsoft Office, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Life, Accident, and Health Insurance licensing may be required within 18 months; training is provided within six months.

Nice to have

• Branch Manager experience and demonstrated sales or business development success.
• Spanish bilingual ability.
• Strong financial services product knowledge and experience with Internet and email.
