Branch Manager (Retail Banking)

Location: In-office at the 104th & Chambers branch in Commerce City, Colorado, United States

Base salary: $77,138–$128,563 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and client experience.
• Drive consumer and business relationship acquisition, share-of-wallet growth, business development, and community involvement.
• Coach employees on consultative selling, technology-enabled customer interactions, and financial solutions.
• Attract, onboard, retain, and develop branch team members while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales-practice, and business risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge; a degree is not required.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and people management.
• Strong communication, decision-making, accountability, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Ability to work in the Commerce City branch office.
