What you will do

• Manage and direct private banking sales and service activities across a large region.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Relationship Managers to deepen regional client relationships.
• Establish strategic plans and marketing initiatives supporting private banking business development.
• Drive performance against regional financial objectives.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with centers of influence and internal leaders across business segments.
• Manage selected large, complex, or sensitive accounts and portfolios.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, private banking, wealth management, or investment.
• State Life and Health licenses must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Strong management, mentoring, client management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to resolve issues, drive performance, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
