Location: 100% remote with approximately 30% travel to federal job sites. Candidates should have convenient access to a major airport and must be able to access federal, military, correctional, industrial, and other controlled-access facilities. Background investigations, drug screening, and site-access requirements apply.

What you will do
- Manage medium to large, full-lifecycle turnkey projects, including budgets, forecasts, schedules, financial reporting, and project closure.
- Develop proposals, estimates, resource plans, detailed project schedules, and work plans.
- Present project strategies, adjustments, estimates to complete, and progress updates to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with federal customers and government agencies.
- Inspect construction activities and verify compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and safety standards.
- Direct or indirectly supervise project engineers, assistant project managers, superintendents, safety and quality-control personnel, foremen, field crews, subcontractors, and specialty vendors.
Requirements
- Seven to ten years of project management experience overseeing complex, multi-year, medium to large projects in the federal building-envelope space.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an ABET-accredited program.
- Experience with SHE management, commercial and industrial infrastructure design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction processes.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, building-envelope, and construction safety requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, ability to pass background investigations and drug screening, and eligibility for controlled federal worksite access are required.
Nice to have
- PMP, CCM, or CPC certification.
- Experience with interior building construction, HVAC, fire suppression, underground utilities, structural foundations, water and wastewater utilities, backup generators, or microgrids.
- Building-envelope repair, restoration, and roof-replacement experience.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification.
- Experience with bonding, security clearances, Buy American compliance, or domestic material sourcing.
