Production Equipment Inventory Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in El Dorado Hills, California, United States. Overnight shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with flexibility for overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $22.00–$25.00 per hour, plus shift differential; bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Monitor production maintenance and system support parts inventory and place vendor orders to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Update inventory systems, including MK, RPM, Zycus, and Oracle, and investigate transaction discrepancies.
• Analyze demand, usage, costs, lead times, minimum and maximum levels, target inventory, and reorder points.
• Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts with the warehouse team, resolve variances, and report findings monthly.
• Prepare inventory usage, turnover, valuation, expense, and cycle-count variance reports.
• Manage purchase requisitions, vendor invoices, outstanding parts orders, and communication with operations, engineering, finance, procurement, and vendors.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Two years of analytical experience, preferably in manufacturing, production operations, or transaction processing.
• Experience with inventory ordering and management preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, file linking, charts, and graphs; proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, multitasking, and reporting skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand, lift boxes up to 35 pounds, and push, pull, or move heavy objects.
