Enterprise Architect (AI)

Location: Lincoln, Nebraska, United States; hybrid work with in-office presence three days per week for associates living within 30 miles of an office location

Salary: $160,000–$177,796 annual compensation, depending on experience

What you will do

• Define and evolve technical vision, architecture strategy, and roadmaps for major enterprise initiatives.
• Lead engineering and architecture direction for large-scale projects as a hands-on individual contributor.
• Design secure, resilient, scalable, and integrated solutions across infrastructure, applications, data, networks, and cloud platforms.
• Translate business, client, and product requirements into architecture options, technical specifications, and implementation guidance.
• Establish architecture standards and patterns for the responsible integration of AI across products.
• Guide complex integrations and solution rollouts while aligning stakeholders on priorities, risks, dependencies, and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, infrastructure architecture, systems architecture, software engineering, or a comparable discipline.
• Experience defining technical vision, strategy, and roadmaps for complex, cross-functional, or enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Deep experience designing and integrating secure, scalable solutions across infrastructure, applications, data, networking, and cloud environments.
• Experience influencing executives, product, sales, engineering, and client-facing stakeholders without formal people-management authority.
• Must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

• Advanced degree or certification in enterprise architecture, cloud, infrastructure, security, or technology.
• Experience leading architecture and engineering direction for transformation, platform modernization, or multi-year strategic programs.
