Regional Contractor Performance Lead (Insurance Claims)

Location: Remote within the UK, with regular travel across the North-East of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland

Salary: Up to £54,000 per year, dependent on experience

What you will do

• Manage contractor performance through reviews, data analysis, targets, and performance improvement plans.
• Conduct file audits and site inspections to monitor repair quality and indemnity spend.
• Identify risks and provide performance insights to support operational decisions.
• Support repair strategy for large loss and subsidence cases.
• Build relationships with contractors, claims teams, and other stakeholders while providing technical guidance.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of construction, property damage, and repair methods.
• Good understanding of insurance claims and policy principles.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid numerical ability.
• Ability to travel regularly across the North-East of England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
