Property Services Lead (Hospitality)

Location: UK-based hybrid role with travel across sites and the Head Office in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

What you will do

• Lead capital investment and repairs and maintenance programmes across the Pub Partners leased, tenanted, and franchise pub estate.
• Build and manage investment, repair, and asset optimisation pipelines with divisional leadership, finance, and property teams.
• Oversee capital expenditure and maintenance budgets, financial controls, reporting, and investment returns.
• Lead, coach, and develop Regional Surveyors and Apprentice Building Surveyors.
• Represent the Property function at divisional executive level and provide strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to ensure service quality, value for money, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in property, construction, asset management, or estate management.
• Proven experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Significant experience delivering capital investment programmes and managing repairs and maintenance budgets.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, leisure, or multi-site operational businesses.
• Strong commercial, analytical, planning, organisational, project management, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ideally, a professional qualification such as RICS, CIOB, MEng, MBEng, or equivalent industry experience.

Nice to have

• Recognised professional qualification in surveying, construction, engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
