Level III Rope Access Technician (SPRAT/IRATA)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida; must be near the Jacksonville area. Onsite work at client sites with travel, extended periods away, shifts of up to 12 hours per day and 7 days per week.

What you will do

• Perform inspection, maintenance, and possible repair work at client sites.
• Use certified rope access techniques for industrial assignments.
• Prepare clear written reports and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Apply safety and risk-management practices to protect yourself and others.
• Work at heights, in confined spaces, and around operating industrial equipment.

Requirements

• Level III Rope Access Technician certification through SPRAT or IRATA.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. Person status is required because the position involves access to information subject to ITAR export controls.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and successful completion of a drug screen.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to wear required safety equipment, work at heights and in confined spaces, handle hazardous materials, and lift and carry up to 100 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience in petrochemical or pulp and paper industries.
• Additional NDT certifications.
