Appraisal Quality Assurance Analyst (Property Insurance)

Location: Fully remote within the United States or based out of a USF office location; U.S. Persons Only due to ITAR export-control requirements

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee property appraisals from initial inspection through final narrative report completion.
• Review estimates and reports for accuracy, completeness, consistency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with industry standards.
• Perform appraisals and manage appraisal claims as needed for clients and business operations.
• Onboard, train, and support contractor appraisers, including feedback on errors and service-level expectations.
• Maintain review records, identify recurring issues, and communicate quality trends to management.
• Conduct market analyses and maintain current knowledge of valuation methods, market conditions, economic factors, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Licensed claims adjuster and Certified Appraiser.
• Property and Casualty Adjusting License.
• 10+ years of personal lines property insurance claims experience.
• Experience with Xactimate and Xactanalysis.
• Strong knowledge of sales comparison, cost, and income valuation approaches.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR requirements, including U.S. citizenship or nationality, lawful permanent residence, refugee status, or asylum status in the United States.
