People Operations Analyst (HRIS & Systems Optimization)

Salary: $83,200–$93,600 per year

What you will do

• Support strategic People projects and resolve business-as-usual HRIS issues.
• Execute user acceptance testing across sprint cycles and maintain test scripts, scenarios, and evidence.
• Perform data audits and validations, correct discrepancies, and safeguard HR data integrity.
• Gather business requirements and help prioritize the HR systems roadmap.
• Create process documentation, user guides, and data governance playbooks.
• Coordinate training, data cleanup, workflow optimization, and cross-functional transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a systems- or process-focused role.
• Hands-on Workday proficiency is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Strong project management, process improvement, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow experience.
