SASE Sales Leader (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within Germany, with conditions listed in Munich and Berlin; regular travel within the DACH region is required.

What you will do

• Build, lead, and expand a specialist SASE sales team serving DACH enterprise accounts.
• Manage daily sales operations, including pipeline reviews, demand generation, and channel engagement.
• Collaborate with strategic partners through quarterly business reviews.
• Engage directly in major enterprise opportunities and complex negotiations.
• Develop a high-performance, accountable team culture and support team development through regional travel.

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B enterprise field sales experience, including at least 3 years in cybersecurity leadership.
• Technical sales knowledge of SASE and/or SD-WAN solutions, with specific SASE sales and team-management experience.
• Experience managing large quotas, complex deals, and enterprise decision-maker networks in the region.
• Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and self-management skills.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Regular travel within the region is required.
