Digital Fulfillment Leader (SaaS)

Location: Davidson, North Carolina, United States. Hybrid schedule: onsite Monday through Thursday; Fridays offer flexibility in work location. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Annual base salary: $75,700–$156,200.

What you will do

• Lead the technical fulfillment strategy for digital SaaS solutions, prioritizing customer success and timely execution.
• Develop and implement standard work for solution onboarding, configuration, and operational oversight.
• Establish fulfillment metrics, track delivery timelines, and drive accountability for customer commitments.
• Oversee customer deliverables including Real-Time Analytics and Measurement & Verification services.
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and coordinate resolution across product, technical, and regional teams.
• Coach regional fulfillment leaders and promote advanced algorithm and analytics applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in technical fulfillment, project management, or operations leadership.
• Proficiency with Operational Excellence methods such as A3s, 9-Step Problem Solving, VSAs, RIEs, and Lean.
• Strong expertise in building automation systems, particularly Trane controls, plus experience with cloud platforms and SaaS solutions.
• Ability to lead through influence and deliver results in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work onsite Monday through Thursday in Davidson, North Carolina.

Nice to have

• Experience with Trane’s digital solution portfolio, including Trane Cloud.
• Familiarity with Measurement & Verification tools and processes.
• Experience in ROI modeling and value-based selling in technical environments.
• Knowledge of energy management, sustainability goals, and digital transformation in building operations.
