Sr. Implementation Specialist

Location: US Remote; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States for full-time employment. Travel up to 20% may be required for implementation projects.

Salary: $78,540–$98,175 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex software implementation, configuration, customization, testing, training, and launch-readiness activities.
• Manage multiple customer implementation engagements, coordinating milestones, workflows, stakeholders, vendors, and dependencies.
• Guide customers through user acceptance testing, operational readiness, cutover preparation, and deployment.
• Perform functional and integration testing, troubleshoot complex issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain implementation documentation, configuration records, testing results, issue logs, and operational guidance.
• Contribute to process improvements, product feedback, implementation scalability, and mentoring of less experienced specialists.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience leading software implementations, customer onboarding, configuration management, testing, or technical consulting engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
• Advanced experience with software implementations, configuration management, customer onboarding, functional validation, and operational readiness.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, organization, analytical, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Experience coordinating with customers, vendors, and technical teams while managing complex projects and competing priorities.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or digital banking implementation programs.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, technical onboarding, Jira, Confluence, software deployment, or change management.
• Experience with process optimization, implementation scalability, mentoring, or knowledge sharing.
