Senior Platform Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Paris or London

hirify.global develops an AI-powered SaaS platform for business planning that calculates, synchronizes, transforms, and aggregates large datasets in real time.

What you will do

• Design, build, automate, and scale infrastructure according to platform usage and performance requirements.
• Maintain high availability, redundancy, performance, correctness, and observability across the platform.
• Participate in incident response and support the platform’s geographical expansion.
• Collaborate with the security team on infrastructure, development pipelines, code repositories, and credentials management.
• Improve and automate software engineering practices and pipelines across the engineering organization.
• Write production code and collaborate closely with software engineers as part of the SRE team.

Requirements

• Experience as both a software engineer and a platform engineer; hands-on coding is required.
• Experience with container orchestration and public cloud providers; Kubernetes and GCP are advantageous.
• Software development experience with languages such as C#, Java, C++, Golang, Rust, JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
• Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, ELK, or Jaeger.
• Fluent English and a problem-solving, collaborative approach.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work pragmatically across infrastructure, backend, and frontend concerns.
