What you will do
- Support the architecture and design of platform solutions covering databases, middleware, virtualization, and container platforms.
- Implement and manage platform maintenance routines, operational schedules, and procedures.
- Operate orchestration, automation, platform management, monitoring, and reporting tools.
- Operate shared platform services including OpenShift, Splunk, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and backup and restore solutions.
- Troubleshoot platform incidents, perform performance analysis and tuning, and improve reliability and operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain technical, operational, and support documentation while collaborating with architecture, development, infrastructure, and operations teams.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in IT platform operations, infrastructure, or systems administration.
- Hands-on experience with databases, middleware, virtualization, and container platforms.
- Experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes, Splunk, Oracle Enterprise Manager, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Strong knowledge of automation, orchestration, monitoring, platform management, backup, restore, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Strong English communication skills are required; French is advantageous. Effective collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills are expected.
