Central Platform Engineer (Kubernetes/DevOps)

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and operate identity services based on Active Directory, LDAP, SailPoint, and Keycloak.
• Design, deploy, and operate observability platforms using Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, and iLert.
• Implement automated incident response and remediation workflows with Ansible.
• Improve ServiceNow CMDB data quality, integrations, discovery, and service mapping.
• Build and maintain GitOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code workflows.
• Partner with security, operations, and application teams to improve platform reliability and user experience.

Requirements

• Experience as a platform, DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineer with strong automation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Ansible, and modern infrastructure practices.
• Knowledge of identity and access-management technologies, especially Active Directory, LDAP, SailPoint, or Keycloak.
• Experience with observability tools including Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, alerting, and incident-management platforms.
• Collaborative and proactive problem-solving approach, with a focus on security, reliability, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, asset or service discovery, integrations, or service mapping.
