Field Service Engineer - Poland (Medical Devices)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; remote from home with 80% field travel, including overnight stays when required

What you will do

• Install and maintain histopathology and ancillary medical equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and fault analysis on mechanical and electrically controlled devices.
• Work with the Field Support Team to deliver professional after-sales service within defined KPIs.
• Prepare and submit Salesforce service reports, expense records, spare-parts data, and other documentation.
• Travel extensively in the field, including overnight stays when required.

Requirements

• Qualification or relevant experience in mechanical, electronic, electrical, or biomedical engineering.
• Technical ability to dismantle mechanical assemblies and willingness to learn complex medical devices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce Field Service.
• Fluent Polish in speaking and writing; communicational English required.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to lift and safely move up to 20 kg.

Nice to have

• Previous field service experience or experience as a laboratory technician with a vocational qualification.
