Senior ServiceNow Consultant (ServiceNow)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Define enterprise ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and custom applications.
• Lead architecture reviews, design approvals, governance, upgrades, release planning, and platform health initiatives.
• Establish standards for data models, custom tables, scoped applications, CMDB design, workflow patterns, and Flow Designer adoption.
• Architect integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven patterns.
• Design platform security, role models, ACL strategies, and least-privilege access controls.
• Partner with business, engineering, security, and compliance stakeholders while mentoring developers, administrators, and technical leads.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience, including significant architecture or technical leadership experience.
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, platform internals, scripting, scoped applications, and the data model.
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, CMDB, discovery, service mapping, platform security, ACLs, major upgrades, and release planning.
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certification, together with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect credential.
• Experience with Now Assist, GenAI Controller, or other AI-driven ServiceNow features.
• Exposure to multi-instance, multi-region deployments and integrations with Workday, Salesforce, or SAP.
• Familiarity with HAM Pro, SAM Pro, or App Engine Studio.
