Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: Remote, Bay Area, California, United States. Travel may include up to 30% domestic and international travel. Relocation may be authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Salary: $164,612–$201,193 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Lead technical engagement with hyperscale datacenter customers and compute/networking silicon vendors.
• Build technical partnerships and translate customer roadmaps and architecture requirements into input for product and technology teams.
• Analyze emerging AI datacenter trends and determine their impact on the EBO technology roadmap.
• Support sales, applications engineering, and product development teams with technical context on architectures, use cases, and integration requirements.
• Build conceptual demos and support technical marketing initiatives showcasing hirify.global EBO capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Optical/Photonics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another technical field.
• At least five years of experience with hyperscale datacenter customers, AI architectures, optical interconnect, or co-packaged optics technologies.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Strong technical communication, customer focus, self-direction, relationship building, innovation, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical/Photonics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience engaging XPU, compute, or switch vendors on system architecture and optical interconnect integration for AI/ML infrastructure.
