Sr. Director, Client Delivery and Project Management (AI)

Location: Irving, Texas 75062, hirify.global Corporate HQ; travel required based on client and business needs.

Estimated salary range: $135,200–$236,600 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead the Delivery Project Management organization and oversee complex client-facing engagements.
• Set delivery priorities, governance standards, performance metrics, and accountability measures.
• Partner with Account Management, Delivery, Operations, Technology, clients, and senior stakeholders to achieve commitments and measurable value.
• Develop project management leaders and teams through coaching, feedback, talent development, and succession planning.
• Align project portfolios, resources, and priorities with organizational objectives and client needs.
• Lead responsible AI adoption by identifying practical use cases and ensuring AI-generated outputs are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience leading complex cross-functional project or program delivery, client services, account management, consulting, or related functions.
• 5+ years of experience leading, developing, and coaching project management or delivery teams.
• Experience leading delivery or implementation teams in healthcare, supply chain, consulting, managed services, or technology-enabled services.
• Experience managing portfolios, allocating resources, developing governance and metrics, and influencing senior leaders and clients.
• Advanced expertise integrating AI into business strategy, operational improvement, and organizational change; willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or another project management certification.
