Manager, Value Creation

Compensation range: $112,100–$225,500 per year, plus a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead value creation engagements across pre-close diligence and post-close execution.
• Structure analyses for synergies, cost reduction, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Lead client working sessions and support value realization planning.
• Oversee value creation deliverables and analytical models.
• Collaborate with deal, diligence, and functional advisory teams.
• Manage engagement timelines, execution, and team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 6–11 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to work in Philadelphia in a full-time role.
• Strong experience structuring analyses, managing teams, and delivering client-facing insights.

Nice to have

• Experience serving private equity clients.
• MBA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
