Molding Production Manager

Location: Hackettstown, New Jersey, United States; onsite role. Candidates must already have work authorization permitting employment in the United States.

Base salary: $98,700–$157,920 annually, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive plan or annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead a three-shift molding production operation and ensure effective coordination across shifts.
• Manage production supervisors, tool designers, and a machine shop supervisor.
• Provide leadership and guidance to approximately 100 indirect reports across multiple shifts.
• Monitor efficiency, downtime, scrap, throughput, safety, quality, and productivity metrics.
• Implement process improvements that increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with EHS, Engineering, Maintenance, and Materials teams to troubleshoot production issues and apply lean manufacturing practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a multi-shift environment.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Resource Planning systems and production tracking tools.
• Strong knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations and the ability to maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
• Existing US work authorization is required.

• Previous rubber molding manufacturing experience.
