Strategic Project Lead

Location: United States; preferred locations are Pittsburgh, Memphis, or Plano. Candidates may be based elsewhere in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Candidates within 50 miles of a hirify.global campus must work onsite several times per week.

Salary: $7,094.23–$15,607.31 per month in the USA, with ranges varying by state and locality.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement large, multifaceted strategic projects and enterprise programs.
• Establish project work streams, timelines, budgets, performance scorecards, and executive progress briefings.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, resolve issues, and ensure delivery of program objectives.
• Translate business needs into technology requirements and recommend strategic and tactical solutions based on process analysis.
• Lead cross-functional, cross-operating-company, and third-party provider representatives.
• Support air network design, capacity optimization, new business onboarding, market expansion, and continuous operational improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, psychology, behavioral science, project or program management, or a quantitative discipline; related experience may offset degree requirements.
• At least seven years of related work experience managing multiple programs, project scope, business cases, timelines, financial justifications, and deliverables.
• Experience working across multiple disciplines with strong leadership, facilitation, analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, human relations, and adaptability skills.
• Must be based in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
• Some travel is required; candidates near a hirify.global campus must work onsite several times per week.
